As someone who works with victims of Narcissistic abuse and a survivor of Narcissistic abuse myself, I wanted to write a book that will help you spot and stop Narcissistic abuse, then heal and recover from it and learn how to fight back. Working as a clinical therapist and in the mental health recovery field for over a decade I have witnessed the cruel and devastating effects which Narcissistic abuse can have. It is one of the vilest forms of abuse that a person can suffer and the long term effects can be very damaging to all areas of our lives.
