Special pedagogy belongs to pedagogical disciplines. It is defined as a science branch that studies regularities of training and education of individuals who are disadvantaged comparing to the major population at mental, sensory, somatic area; communication skills; psycho-social area; learning disorders and accelerated talent. Nowadays especially terminological disunity is in the middle of attention at training-educational area; but also at legislative area, pedagogues, parents, educational advisors and also special pedagogues themselves.
