Did you know that Shavuot is one of the essential Feast Days for Hebrews to celebrate? Most Hebrews do not realize this; consequently, they choose to undervalue its importance. If you would like to learn more, then continue reading. Shavuot is also referred to as Pentecost, Feast of Week, and Firstfruits; it was the day when YAHUAH poured out a Spirit (the Ruach Ha'Qodesh) in an amazing manner that is recorded in the book of Act 2. However, most are unaware of all the facts; this day was not a new Biblical celebration or festival date; it was celebrated by the Israelites long before it became known as Pentecost. Explore with us the awe-inspiring events that happen on this exact day, including The day after Passover to the giving of the law on Mount Sinai. Again, this happened on the exact day; this type of irony does not happen by chance. YAHUAH had a reason for orchestrating these events on the same day. But wait! There is more. We will show you other biblical events that have taken place on this day that will cause you to stop and ponder. Every biblical festival celebrated had a prophetic purpose; if you want to discover more of what this book has to offer, click the buy now button and find out why this day is to be celebrated.

Did you know that the term "Spiritual Israel" was a term used in 1958 by Pope Pius XI? He believed anyone, any race of people that believes in our Messiah, is a Semite. This is a lie. You cannot find the term "Spiritual Israel" in the scriptures. We are talking about a bloodline of a specific people chosen by YAHUAH. Here is your answer for "Spiritual Israel." Let us start in the book of Romans 9:1-3, which reads, "I say the truth in YAHUSHUA, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Ruach Ha'Kodesh, 2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. 3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from YAHUSHUA for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh. Paul was from the tribe of Benjamin; he tells us that in the book of Romans 11:1 reads, "I say then, Hath YAHUAH cast away his people? ELOHIM forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin." Reread Romans 9:3; the reader can see that Paul tells you it is according to the flesh. There is no Spiritual Israel; again, this is a bloodline.

Do you know what Shemini Atzeret is all about? Some call it the Eighth Great Day.It comes on the heels of Sukkot; Sukkot in the scriptures is seven days plus one additional day; the Eighth Great Day or Shemini Atzeret and it has great prophetic significance. It is a Sabbath day; a solemn rest and it symbolizes eternal life or new beginnings. It is the "Eighth Day" on ELOHIM prophetic timeline. What does that mean? We know ELOHIM has a prophetic timeline until His Son, YAHUSHUA returns for His second coming and Millennial reign. According to 2nd Peter 3:8, it states; "But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day." In the days of creation, YAHUAH works for six days and rested on the seventh; that tells us that the earth will work for six days or 6000 years, and it will rest on the seventh day or 7000 years when the Messiah returns for His Millennial Kingdom; after the 7000 years, comes the "eighth day" or the 8000th year eternal life, the eternal Kingdom. Shemini Atzeret is mentioned twice, once in Leviticus 23, where ELOHIM outlines the different Feast Days, and also in Numbers 29, where it tells us on the "Eighth day," we shall have a sacred assembly. You will discover: • If YAHUSHUA was born during Sukkot? • How close are we to the Millennium reign and the Kingdom? • How does the Fall Feast relate to the Messiah's second coming in the Millennial reign? • How YAHUSHUA's second coming fulfills the Fall Feast, just like He did in the Spring Feast? Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) is viewed as the holiest day of the year for Israelites. It is a day of Sabbath rest, and it is the only day a fast is required from sunset on one day, to sundown the next day; no food or drink; we are also to set aside other things that connect us to this world and that give comfort to our bodies. Traditionally, Israelites would not bath; they would not oil their bodies, no wearing of shoes, and no marital relations. It is a time of genuinely afflicting your soul. We are called to repent, change our hearts, and return to YAHUAH; it is a time of sincere self-assessment. We are to reach out and make amends to people that we need to make amends with; forgive people who seek forgiveness and let old grudges go. The purpose of all this affliction is to get our minds off of ourselves and focus on our spiritual state; the entire day is focused on praying and asking the Most High for forgiveness. Historically, on the day of Atonement, the high priest was kept awake during the dark of the night, and he dressed in a white linen garment for the sacrifices of the bull, the ram, and the goat. He would make a sacrifice for himself and Israel. In this book, we will explain the purpose of these sacrifices; what was done with the blood as well as the two goats. We will examine how he was to enter into the inner sanctuary of the temple, the Holy of Holies. We not only discuss what the book of Leviticus has to say about this day, but we will examine the book of Jubilees for those who want to go a bit deeper into the details. This book will explore the order of Melchizedek and explain who is the King and high priest; also, we will see why animal sacrifices are no longer needed today. If you want to see where all these dots are connected, read this book. We encourage you to keep the Day of Atonement and find out for yourself why it is viewed as the Holiest day of the year.

WINNER OF THE 2016 JEWISH BOOK COUNCIL AWARD FOR CONTEMPORARY JEWISH LIFE AND PRACTICE An inspiring and accessible guide, drawn from Jewish wisdom, for building the inner qualities necessary to work effectively for social justice. The world needs changing—and you’re just the person to do it! It’s a matter of cultivating the inner resources you already have. If you are serious about working for social justice and change, this book will help you bring your most compassionate, wise, and courageous self to the job. Bringing positive social change to any system takes deep self-awareness, caring, determination, and long-term commitment. But polarization, the slow pace of change, and internal conflicts among activists and organizations often leads to burnout and discouragement among the very people needed to make a difference. Changing the World from the Inside Out distills centuries of Jewish wisdom about cultivating and refining the inner life into an accessible program for building the qualities necessary to accomplish sustainable change. Through explorations of deep motivation, inner-drive, and traits like trust and anger, this book engages the reader in a journey of self-development and transformation, demonstrating that sustainable activism is indeed a spiritual practice. Jaffe offers accessible and meaningful guidance for this journey—with exercises, contemplations, and discussion points that can be used individually or in a group.
