James (Jim) Rosenfeld is Associate Professor of Finance, Goizueta Business School, Emory University. Prior to joining the Goizueta Business School faculty, Jim taught at the Terry Business School at the University of Georgia. He received his Ph. D. from New York University, his M.B.A. from Columbia University, and his B.S. from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. Jim's papers have been published in the Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Accounting Review, Journal of Money, Credit, and Banking, Financial Management, Journal of Financial Research, and Managerial and Decision Economics.
