It is very simple! The inhabitants of the earth must band together to change course immediately or the world will plunge into the most terrifying, catastrophic, destruction, the likes of which there is no coming back from. There is only one door of opportunity for the world, and if we as a planet do not walk through it immediately, we are all doomed to suffer a terrible fate. Revelation 6 may be upon us, but would God grant us a stay of preparation for the horrors to come? A watchman, civil rights activist, self taught section 1983 and Constitutional scholar for over 25 years, and a self taught biblical scholar for 34 years, in this book, WLBJ reminds us of Ephesians 6:12, that we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, and powers of darkness. With stunning imagery, The Republicrat goes into great detail to explain why these demonic powers not only want, but need the earth to be plunged into nuclear war in order to get the key to the abyss, and why competing world powers must avoid taking the bait and being used to facilitate this. Tackling some of today's most explosive geopolitical topics, such as the latest alleged coup attempt by the Wagner group, the Russian/Ukraine conflict, the Mexican Drug Cartel, the LGBT debate, North Korea, China, and the bitter divide between Republicans and Democrats, WLBJ uses what he coins, "Biblical Geopolitical Analysis," to discuss why we are fighting the wrong enemy, as he attempts to break the spell of witchcraft that plots the whole world against itself. See what it will take to avoid the horrors at the world's doorstep, and why making the right choices could not only avoid the darkest of world catastrophes, but instead, usher in the greatest time of peace and prosperity the world has ever known.

Constitutional law is one of the most engaging and yet challenging first year law classes. At the confluence of history, politics, legal theory, and judicial review, it requires students to learn a new framework for legal interpretation and thought unique from other areas of law. For the first time, Oxford University Press equips students with an accessible guide to acing these challenging constitutional law exams. In Constitutional Law: Model Problems and Outstanding Answers, Kevin Saunders and Michael Lawrence help students demonstrate their knowledge of constitutional law in the structured and sophisticated manner that professors expect on law school exams. The book provides clear introductions on the fundamental topics in constitutional law, provides hypotheticals similar to those that students can expect to see on an exam, including multi-issue questions, and offers model answers to those hypotheticals. Professors Saunders and Lawrence then also coach students in how to evaluate their own work with a comprehensive self-analysis section. Constitutional Law: Model Problems and Outstanding Answers prepares students by challenging them to use the law they learn in class while also explaining the best way to express sophisticated answers on law school exams. Model Problems and Outstanding Answers is an innovative new series by Oxford University Press. Featuring topical introductions and clear fact patterns, each book contains exercises designed to help students develop methods to craft organized, relevant, and thoughtful responses to exam-style questions. These exercises show the student how to think like a lawyer. By guiding students to the most appropriate ways to apply their knowledge to new facts, the series offers meaningful and significant preparation for law school exams and bar-exam essays. Current titles in the series include Federal Income Taxation, Civil Procedure, and Criminal Law.

Steve Deace represents a new generation of conservatives more concerned with preserving liberty than blind partisanship that only props up a corrupt ruling class. To Deace and the millions of grassroots patriots he represents, it's not just Right vs. Left, but Right vs. Wrong. It's not just Republican vs. Democrat, but Us vs. Them. Many great books have been written about what we should believe and why, but for the first time, in Rules for Patriots, the author shows how to do what we believe.

This book synthesizes psychoanalytic and Marxist techniques in order to illuminate the resistance to a socialization of the American economy, the protectionist discourses of anomalous American capitalism, and the suppression of the capitalist welfare state. After the Second World War, Democrats and Republicans effectively eliminated the communist and socialist parties from the American political spectrum and suppressed their allied labor movements. The right-wing shift of both parties fabricated a false opposition of left and right that does not correspond to political oppositions in the industrialized democracies. Marxist perspectives can account for the massive inequality of the political economy, but they are insufficient for illuminating its preservation. Psychoanalysis is necessary in order to explain why Americans continue to vote within a two-party system that neglects the lower classes, and why the working class tends to vote against its own interests. The psychoanalytic techniques employed include doubling, repetition, displacement, condensation, inversion, denial, fetishizing, and cognitive repression. In examining the fixation upon the proxy binary of Democrat vs. Republican, which suppresses the true opposition of left vs. right and neutralizes alternatives, the work analyses numerous contemporary political issues through applications of Marxist psychoanalytic theory.

This book uses different perspectives on argumentation to show how we create arguments, test them, attack and defend them, and deploy them effectively to justify beliefs and influence others. David Zarefsky uses a range of contemporary examples to show how arguments work and how they can be put together, beginning with simple individual arguments, and proceeding to the construction and analysis of complex cases incorporating different structures. Special attention is given to evaluating evidence and reasoning, the building blocks of argumentation. Zarefsky provides clear guidelines and tests for different kinds of arguments, as well as exercises that show student readers how to apply theories to arguments in everyday and public life. His comprehensive and integrated approach toward argumentation theory and practice will help readers to become more adept at critically examining everyday arguments as well as constructing arguments that will convince others.
