To this I am mow'able to add in Ijart II. The records of Wadham men from 1719 to 1871. I would gladly have carried the work on to the Second University Commission or even to the present day, but it would have proved too large; yet, perhaps, at some future time, I may be able to continue the publica tion of the College Registers together with those appendices on the Buildings, the Endowments and Estates, Benefactors, Servants, Library, Plate, and Pictures, which, though contem plated from the beginning of the work, I have been unable to include in the present volume.
