Chapter IV enlarges upon the qualifications and the functions of that promotional leader in each school who is most frequently referred to as the audio-visual coordinator. It presents much of the detailed activities expected of this key person who must encourage his own colleagues while he serves as liaison agent with the city, county or state directors as well as with the federal agencies, libraries, distributors, and producers of audio-visual aids.
