By the excision Of what has become Obsolete, it has been found possible to include the new decisions without increasing the size of the book by more than about eight pages. My friend Mr. W. Valentine Ball, m.a., Of the north-eastern Circuit, has prepared the Table of Cases, and has revised the Index, the references under each heading of the latter being, as before, in alphabetical order.
