Metcalf. Seventy-nine members were registered as in attendance; forty new members were elected. On invitation of the Academy, a meeting of the psychologists of the State was held in connection with the Academy meeting, for the presentation of papers and the consideration of the formation of a Section for Psychology in the Academy. The organization of the section was accomplished, and the titles of papers presented are included in the program of the meeting of the Academy.
