'The Monster Dog: A Small Dog with a Big Attitude' is the first in 'The Monster Dog' series of children's books written by Carmen Tribbett. A little dog tells the reader about her day-to-day life, causing mischief and making her owner laugh. Ideal for children, ages 3-7 years.THE MONSTER DOG Book Series is published through FOX POINTE PUBLISHING, LLP. #themonsterdogCHECK OUT all of the books available through FOX POINTE PUBLISHING, LLP @ https://www.foxpointepublishing.com/shop-nowREVIEWS:'This is an autobiographical picture book that introduces children to the life of an older adult through the eyes of her small dog. Written in first-dog, Tasse explains to children all the things that make up her day: barking at passersby, going for walks, getting treats, and napping in the sun. Throughout the book, her owner, Carmen, says "Oh, Tasse, you are a Monster Dog but I love you!" as she gently and kindly sets limits, cares for, and enjoys her pet. Tasse expresses opinions and thoughts in the book, but is not overly anthropomorphized--she always clearly remains a dog, with dog goals. The full-page color illustrations on every spread add to the gentle tone and narrative, capturing Tasse the small dog in her everyday activities in a way that helps children feel that while Tasse is the center of the story and the pictures, there is always Carmen nearby as a companion and caregiver. An excellent choice for 'read-alouds' with preschoolers and a delightful choice for families who love dogs and want to encourage empathy. As Tasse herself says, "Life is not always easy for grown-ups."'~ PFJ - online review from the first printing (2018)'I am a little biased but I do think this book is very cute!'~ Jacob Hunerdosse - online review from the first printing (2108)

There are few songs more recognizable to the Christian believer than Anna B. Warner's beloved hymn, "Jesus Loves Me." The simple yet eloquent lyric states the basic elements of faith both plainly and succinctly; within the three title words are found the tenets of Christianity. Now, by examining this beloved hymn verse by verse, including the little known second and third stanzas, Calvin Miller seeks to remind believers of the clear and abiding truths found within this child's rhyme. In doing so, he establishes the song as a creed by which busy Christian adults can live and grow.

Richard Rezendes wrote a book on a laser printer about thirty-five years ago, and he worked on this book for more than a year. He typed in on an old Apple desktop computer then on a laser printer. His biggest dream is that one day, he would like to publish a book. He got the idea on a magazine about a story about an asteroid that struck in Connecticut and fragments were found. The story led to earthquakes in Moodus, Connecticut. That may have been caused by water flowing through limestone, and Native Indians believed it was the devil! He thought of writing a book about it and named it Ground of the Devil. This story is about a comet that hit Moodus, Connecticut, and a creature living underground for several months before it went on its attack, and it killed people and animals, and it had magical powers. The creature looked like a huge porcupine with pricks all over it! By the way, this creature is a female with large breasts. It sprays fire like a dragon. It has a large tail and a powerful stinger. It has lobsterlike claws like a scorpion and feet like an elephant. Richard Rezendes worked at Brown University and the east Greenwich school department before retiring at age sixty-two. He will be sixty-five years old on Monday, August twentieth. He likes sports, football, basketball, and baseball, in that order. He is a bowler tenpins and currently holds a 220 average. He is five feet, eight inches, 166 pounds, and he is pretty healthy.

You can know from that guy's burly figure that the collision just now didn't do him any harm at all. The man is in his thirties, and his pimples are dark. The scarlet Lama clothes and the criss-crossing scars on his bald head make him look extra scary. He looked around and found that when no one was with Xuanfei, there was an incredible expression on his face. This is a deserted grassland, and he really can't understand why a seven-or eight-year-old child will appear here.
