“We fell in love with Jesus. Then we had to decide what to do with God.” In Transcending Mysteries: Who Is God, and What Does He Want from Us? Andrew Greer and Ginny Owens take readers on a journey to answer the question: is the God of the Old Testament the same God we relate to and worship today? As the most definitive written revelation of who God is, Scripture has always been vital to the stories of the Christian faith. The Old Testament has proved especially tough for those who have been persuaded by the gracious gospel of Jesus but also desire to surrender to a God they don’t fully comprehend. We adore the Son of God, but what about God the Father? Using Old Testament stories Andrew and Ginny help Christ-followers reconcile a New Testament Redeemer with an Old Testament God and understand what God really wants from His people. They dialog back and forth as they share their own stories of struggle and surrender. Their comments are separated by speaker identifiers that are used throughout. Features include: Old Testament stories that are completed in Jesus' message Dialog between Andrew Greer and Ginny Owens Music lyrics from Andrew and Ginny that illustrate biblical truths Thought-provoking questions for reflection or study

All Things Made New explores the Christian mysteries in the tradition of St. John the Evangelist, and Mary, the Mother of Jesus, by studying the symbolism, cosmology, and meaning of the Book of Revelation, as well as the prayers and meditations of the Rosary, including the Apostles' Creed and the Our Father. These reflections lead us step by step to the foot of the Cross, and to the Wedding Feast of the Lamb, where all things are made new. "A lucid and thoughtful exposition of what is, by any standards, an extraordinarily dense and difficult book. Caldecott explains that the Apocalypse 'has to be received into the soul'; indeed, it is intensely relevant to our own times. His book is both rich in knowledge and rewarding to read." - Francis Phillips, Catholic Herald "The time may be right for just such a book as this, which takes seriously both the book of Revelation and the richness of the 'Here comes everybody' that is Catholic culture, which has a lively message to address to our bruised and battered world today." - Nicholas King, The Tablet "All Things Made New is a serious book about the most serious of things, the mysteries of faith, which all of us should encounter frequently and grasp ever more deeply. A book that will leave the reader wiser, holier, and both ready to practice the faith and eager to share it." - Fr. C. John McCloskey, National Catholic Register

IN submitting this third volume of the series begun with "Special Teachings from the Arcane Science," the author is aware that the times are not yet ready for much of its contents. Still the rapidly widening outlook of multitudes encourages the venture, and gives promise that, ere the coming of a great event - one for which in humble way this book is a preparation - certain of its chapters will be accepted, and even assimilated, by those whose eyes are toward the New Age now almost with us, and whose hearts are preparing for that large and complete message of which these pages contain only hints and fragments. Should our explanations leave many matters more or less dark, it is because we ourselves have not yet come into the day, or else that the full light of explanation must await the word of mouth from the World Teacher himself. From the title of the preceding volume, "The Heart of Things," it might be inferred that in its probings and soundings we thought to reach the central mysteries; but, like the human heart, the heart of things is seven-fold. So, despite our previous attempt, and notwithstanding our present effort, the deepest deep remains unknown.
