Nothing has been permitted to indicate a difference in the vials tested, or to make it possible for any experimenter to detect in any way the reasons for choosing one number rather than another of all the vials numbered to contain the medicated pellets. So far as the test has been made it has been made under the fairest conditions possible for me to secure. With these remarks I invite your attention to the appended itemized statement of the tests sent, the time of sending, the persons to whom sent, and the numbers in each test of the medicated vials.
