Knox, respectively Minister of Foreign Relations of the Argentine Republic and Secretary of State of the American Union, be appointed Honorary Chairmen of the Fourth International American Conference. motion (July 14, 1910). That the Fourth International American Conference express the deep regret of the countries therein represented for the loss which America has sustained by the death of the illustrious Brazilian statesman, Mr. Joaquim Nabuco, Chairman of the Third International American Con-ference, which was held at Rio de Janeiro.
