For that reason, we have prepared the following report on Taxation, to be pre sented to the delegates at the Tax Conference in Columbus, held under the auspices of the Ohio Municipal League on February 11th and 12th, 1915, and to the members of the General Assembly which is now in session. It is hoped that out of the discussion there can be developed a constitutional amendment providing a rational tax system, which the people of Ohio will be.
