Vincent Scarfone Jr is a college student on summer break. He's a nerd looking for a way out of his father's shadow and the pre-planned future of becoming an accountant working for the family firm. He escapes into the world of comic book conventions, where he meets Georgina Green, a cosplayer with dreams of opening a business selling cosplay items and accessories. She becomes his convention savvy girlfriend who helps him break out of his shell. His father discovers that money can be made at conventions and starts a business with his son buying comics with cash and then selling the books online. In the process, Vincent becomes friends with a few celebrities, including Prescott Mane (an Anime voice actor). It all seems like a dream come true until Georgina figures out that Vincent is laundering money. Before anything can about it, Vincent discovers that money is being stolen from him - either by Georgina or Prescott. In the end, he organizes his own comic convention with the help of his friends and sets up a sting to catch the thief and get his money back.
