It then sets out the Department's strategic direction and presents planned commitments, along with examples of actions, under three main goals: making the justice system relevant, accessible, & responsible, and providing effective stewardship of the system; delivering leadership & excellence in relevant areas of law & policy; and integrating law & policy dimensions of the Department's work to better meet government needs.
