The relative standard deviation is 1.5% for the range of 2.5 to 17.5 [mu]g. The tolerance is excellent for many metals and nonmetals present in nuclear fuel-cycle materials. A preceding anion-exchange-column separation increases tolerance for certain metals and nonmetals.
