Second English edition, extended version 2016 Format A4 Author: Piotr Lewandowski In presenting this description of a new, unique method of self-healing concerning many illnesses may I say I do so in the conviction that its effectiveness has been displayed for at least a decade. The method effectively saved my own health at a specific moment, as it also did for many others to whom I explained it. The method of application was taught to me by its discoverer- Eugeniusz Uchnast. I went on to present it to suffering patients in various Polish towns and at many public meetings. This method does not follow standard medical and pharmacological practice where the biological system is the object of treatment; this method influences the organism's electromagnetic field which is something of a force responsible for the proper functioning of the various systems of which the human body is composed. Obviously, the body must also receive the requisite building materials parallel to this: albumin, vitamins, mineral salts and others without which an organism will fail to function. This method differs from conventional therapy where biological systems are interfered with to reinstate the previous equilibrium of the electro-magnetic field (called the "L" or life field). Here the B.S.M. method first "treats" that field, the result being that the biological system reattains a normal condition.

Self-healing refers to the process of recovery (generally from psychological disturbances, trauma, etc.), motivated by and directed by the patient, guided often only by instinct. Such a process encounters mixed fortunes due to its amateur nature, although self-motivation is a major asset. The author was one of the more underappreciated geniuses of 20th-century medicine. Almost a hundred years ago, Coué's popular self-healing method - which he called autosuggestion - helped cure thousands of people annually. Today, however, few people have ever even heard of him. This book introduces you to Coué's overlooked formula and will surprise you in the process. If you grasp the simplicity of autosuggestion, you'll be able to use this wonderful tool as you wish - and it should help make your life "better and better." Get your copy now.
