This incredible story begins when a series of seemingly unrelated events take place along the California Coast. Throw in a few earthquakes of various magnitude and you have a perfect mix to kick-off this story. Max, my main character, is truly a genius, and also a thief. He has begged, borrowed and stolen the millions that were required to build his fantastic invention, a machine called Pellucidar. He has no intention of paying back his lenders and will not relinquish ownership of the Pellucidar to anyone. The Federal Government, the Defense Department, and every major lending institution, comprise a group of the ultimate victims of Maxs financially elaborate plan to finance and use his state of the art invention. Among the crew of the Pellucidar are some of the best minds in their various disciplines. Some of their specialties are in Medicine, Engineering, Biology, and Electronics. Those people are all very close friends of Max, they are all volunteers and consider themselves lucky to be a part of Maxs crew. When the largest quake hit California, Max and his entire crew were on-board the Pellucidar when a suddenly opening fissure swallowed Maxs great machine . . . the adventure begins. To the surprise of all on-board, they found themselves in a vast subterranean world, miles beneath the earths outer crust. Many unique species of life, heretofore unknown to man, were discovered there, and a multitude of related adventures happen along the way. During their random explorations, actual contact was established with an alien race. Their technology and machines were far in-advance of the sciences of earth. While on their mission exploration, through an unusual series of circumstances, it was learned that the entire surface of the earth was being consumed by nuclear chain reactions, the end-result of global thermonuclear war. Earth itself seemed to be on Self Destruct. It was only a matter of time until the steadily increasing heat and radiation laid claim to the remnants of the Human Race. With the survival of the Human Race hanging in the balance, this was the time that Selconnifur would prove his worth. The clock is ticking. IT IS THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW AND THE TIME IS NOW!

As a former adult film star, how do you rebuild a normal life when the world refuses to forget who you were? For Cristal Caprice, it seems impossible. It took nearly a decade for Cristal to escape the control of a sadistic tyrant named Mason, who refused to let her leave the sex industry alive. Three years later, Cristal re-emerges with a new identity in a new home, the small town of Thornwood. There, her new neighbors and friends know her only as Bianca Nubreze. Struggling to come to terms with her shameful past and adapt to a new life, Bianca isolates herself from the world and slowly sinks into a deep depression. As she teeters on the brink of suicide, Bianca finds acceptance and optimism in a Christian evangelist named Robyn. Even so, her new found hope in life is short-lived as her secret is exposed. Revelations about her past involvement with US Congressman Adrian Reese ignite a national media scandal, and her new life is turned inside out overnight. With her true identity and whereabouts exposed, Bianca becomes the towns pariah and is once again relentlessly hunted by Mason. As her life spirals out of control, her only hope for redemption lies in her new found faith in God, Robyn, and a shrewd political strategist named Tamara who will do whatever it takes to protect Congressman Reeses career at any cost.

A Swedish security agent is summoned to interrogate a terror suspect held by the FBI in this sophisticated, fast-paced thriller—but the prisoner isn't the only one with something to hide. At a remote military base in the Indian Ocean, the FBI is trying to get a prisoner to confess. But the detainee, a suspect in an Islamist-inspired terror attack in the United States, refuses to talk. Ernst Grip, a Swedish security officer, has no idea why he's been dispatched to New York City. The FBI agent he meets on arrival, Shauna Friedman, seems to know a little too much about him. And when he arrives at his real destination, the American authorities have just one question: Is their terror suspect a Swedish citizen? In the process of uncovering the prisoner's true identity, Grip discovers the man's ties to a group of other suspects—a ruthless American arms dealer, a Czech hit man, a mysterious nurse from Kansas, and a heartbreakingly naive Pakistani. The closer Grip gets to the truth, the more complicated the deception becomes. Who is real and who is leading a double life? The Swede is a riveting, intense novel about the compromises that people—and nations—make in the name of security and survival. Within this world built on secrets, Grip and Friedman have to learn to trust each other if they hope to stay alive.
