Excerpt from Harvard College, Class of 1900: Secretary's Fourth Report, June, 1915 With this Fourth Report I send my greetings to all the members of the Class and thank them for the time and trouble they have spent in helping me make up the volume. It is no easy or pleasant task, I realize, for a busy man to sit down and exhume dates and the exact details of his doings since we left college. The fact that such a large proportion of the Class have sent me the desired information is one in which we may all find reason for satisfaction. On examining the records in this report it is apparent that all over the country the members of the Class coming to the front in all professions and occupations. This is inter esting, but not surprising, for even when we were graduated it was evident that many of our men would win fame. The principal deduction to be drawn from the autobiographies as a whole is that our men have the happy faculty of getting results.
