"The National Sea Grant Advisory Board, a federal advisory committee established by Congress under the Federal Advisory Committee Act, is pleased to report to the U.S. Congress on the status of the National Sea Grant College Program. This is the first response to the requirement under PL 110-394 for a biennial report on the status of Sea Grant.
