What happened to the Neanderthals? Was Adam the first man? The search for the answers to these questions points to a larger question: Are science and Christianity on opposite sides of a gulf, or is there reason to believe there is a bridge between them? Science and Christianity Reconciled and Satan Exposed starts with prehistory and includes a description of dinosaurs with never-before-published pictures of various species in their most probable natural habitat in beautiful full color. This investigation into the origin of mankind is based on truth and fact, not theory. Dr. Wendell Hornback brings a perspective to this issue that gives just weight to both sides of this debate. Written after many years of research into the works of some of the most gifted minds on earth, Science and Christianity Reconciled and Satan Exposed gets its final answers on evolution, prehistory, and the early history of mankind straight from the best-selling and most-trusted book in the history of the world, the Bible.

Download How I Changed My Mind About Evolution Book in PDF, ePub and Kindle
Perhaps no topic appears as potentially threatening to evangelicals as evolution. The very idea seems to exclude God from the creation the book of Genesis celebrates. Yet many evangelicals have come to accept the conclusions of science while still holding to a vigorous belief in God and the Bible. How did they make this journey? How did they come to embrace both evolution and faith? Here are stories from a community of people who love Jesus and honor the authority of the Bible, but who also agree with what science says about the cosmos, our planet and the life that so abundantly fills it. Among the contributors are Scientists such as Francis Collins Deborah Haarsma Denis Lamoureux Pastors such as John Ortberg Ken Fong Laura Truax Biblical scholars such as N. T. Wright Scot McKnight Tremper Longman III Theologians and philosophers such as James K. A. Smith Amos Yong Oliver Crisp BioLogos Books on Science and Christianity invite us to see the harmony between the sciences and biblical faith on issues including cosmology, biology, paleontology, evolution, human origins, the environment, and more.

Satan Exposed is a real eye opener for both Christians and non-Christians alike. It truly exposes the devil and his devices and builds a greater appreciation for the truth of the word of God. This book provides deep insights into the way Satan works so that we no longer take him for granted. About the author Thomas Eristhee was converted in his teens when a young man in his community came and witnessed to him. He spent several years in the church learning about God and all aspects of church life-teaching Sunday school, preaching at weekly services and serving as the president of the youth department. Thomas then felt the Spirit of God impressing upon his heart to attend Bible school. After a few years of indecision, he decided to heed God's call upon his life. Thomas left his small business and attended the West Indies School of Theology, where he obtained a Diploma in Theology. After graduation he returned to his homeland St. Lucia in the West Indies, and started pastoring at a Pentecostal church. That church experienced much growth under his leadership. Bishop Eristhee holds a diploma from the West Indies School of Theology, and a Graduate Diploma of Ministry with Glory Word Seminar in Malaysia. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Caribbean College of the Bible International. He also attended the Stephen Olford Center for Biblical Preaching, U.S. A. He received his Master of Ministry Degree with Trinity Theological Seminary, U.S.A., and his Doctor of Ministry with Covington Theological Seminary, U.S.A.

Download 111 Book in PDF, ePub and Kindle
The enigmatically titled 111 takes a psychoanalytic look at Satan in the context of electronic media and criminal law. Using incisive writing laced with poignant detail, Professors Gary F. Flanigan and Luther G. Williams nudge readers toward an understanding of life's complexities that are too often dismissed as fate. Uncompromising in the presentation of tangible evidence that world evil does not originate as a humanistic occurrence but is supernaturally orchestrated; the book's tone is both educational and conversational. Contemporary allusions and laymen's terms are offered to help readers grasp the Holy Bible not as old or new, but as a Current Testament. With its penetrating examination of conflicting scientific and religious theories that have no biblical basis for acceptance as Gospel, 111 will inspire and challenge a deeper look into personal beliefs and faith.
