The Russian Federation's National Security Strategy This strategy is the basic strategic planning document defining the Russian Federation's national interests and strategic national priorities, objectives, tasks, and measures in the sphere of domestic and foreign policy. It lists the threats to national security -- the set of conditions and factors creating a direct or indirect possibility of harm to national interests.
