One of the two auditors retires each year. There are monthly and quarterly meetings of the Society, and special meetings may be summoned at the desire of the secretary or of any four members. The president has a second or casting vote. The rules may be altered at a special meeting, provided that one month's notice of the proposed alterations has been given. (4.)
