Riverview Corridor Development Plan PDF Download

The Riverview Line is conceived as a 21-mile bus rapid transit route in this corridor, (Phalen Village , in the northeast part of the city, as well as Sheperd-Davern in the southwest corner) with 11 miles within Saint Paul. It will connect with the Mall of America and Maplewood Mall, diagonally through Saint Paul, combining two corridors of the "2025 Trasitways Plan" developed by the Metropolitan Council-- the Riverview Corridor and the Northeast Corridor. As part of an integrated metropolitan transit system, it is designed to improve mobility beyond that provided by automobiles.
