The proposed plan addresses the following affected resources or resource uses: fluids minerals management; locatable minerals management; mineral materials management; paleontological resources; riparian resources management; livestock grazing management; wildlife and fish habitat management; forest and woodland management; lands ownership adjustment management; lands withdrawal management; lands access acquisition; lands rights-of-way management; areas of critical environmental concern; recreation management; wild and scenic rivers; visual resource management; historical resources and archaeological resources; special status plant and animal values; and, waterpower/storage.
