A riveting account of current events as foretold in the mysterious Book of Revelation. A series of unparalleled apocalyptic events—predicted in a third of the Bible—is approaching. They will so shake the world that people’s hearts fail them for “fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth” (Luke 21:26). In Revelation 911, Pastor Paul Begley—host of the syndicated television show The Coming Apocalypse and a popular YouTube show with more than 240 million views—and Pulitzer Prize–nominated investigative journalist Troy Anderson show that signs of the approaching Apocalypse are accelerating exponentially. A catastrophic economic collapse and global conflagration could be next on the prophetic timeline. Then comes the Antichrist, False Prophet, and “mark of the beast” economic system. The authors also explore why the popular transhumanist movement, artificial intelligence, and top-secret government and military programs are linked with prophecies of the last days. Despite its stunning disclosures, Revelation 911 offers hope, comfort, and blessings to help readers navigate this tumultuous time through the power, protection, and provision of the Holy Spirit.

Earthquakes rip through the world as the Creator approaches, the stars fall, the sun goes dark, and the moon proclaims death. Jesus comes and His powerful presence causes the atmosphere to split and roll away. Revelation 6 shows people wailing for the mountains to bury them: “Fall on us, and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb: for the great day of His wrath is come; and who will be able to stand?” And who does stand in that day? No one. Not a single soul. It's the total annihilation of a vile, self-righteous human race. God's followers expected all of this to happen on October 22, 1844. They watched and waited, but Jesus didn't return. This was only a warning preview of His return in the sixth seal. In God's mercy, He commands to delay the cataclysm of judgment day so that He can send to the world the needed preparation for the day of wrath. That needed preparation comes with the seven trumpets of the seventh seal that occur after 1844. The postponed destruction seen in the sixth seal will yet be a future reality. The Seven Trumpets and the Investigative Judgment examines chapters 4–11 in the book of Revelation and studies how recent events since 9/11 have almost completed God's gracious delay. This book presents a new view of Revelation that meets the biblical rules of prophetic interpretation and of the inspired “testimony of Jesus,” which is “the spirit of prophecy” (Rev. 19:10). How have we done in this waiting period? Will we stand when Jesus returns? By God's grace this book will help you prepare for that great day.

This interdisciplinary book breaks new ground by systematically examining ways in which two of the most important works of late medieval English literature – Julian of Norwich’s Revelations of Love and William Langland’s Piers Plowman – arose from engagement with the biblical Apocalypse and exegetical writings. The study contends that the exegetical approach to the Apocalypse is more extensive in Julian’s Revelations and more sophisticated in Langland’s Piers Plowman than previously thought, whether through a primary textual influence or a discernible Joachite influence. The author considers the implications of areas of confluence, which both writers reapply and emphasise – such as spiritual warfare and other salient thematic elements of the Apocalypse, gender issues, and Julian’s explications of her vision of the soul as city of Christ and all believers (the fulcrum of her eschatologically-focused Aristotelian and Augustinian influenced pneumatology). The liberal soteriology implicit in Julian’s ‘Parable of the Lord and the Servant’ is specifically explored in its Johannine and Scotistic Christological emphasis, the absent vision of hell, and the eschatological ‘grete dede’, vis-à-vis a possible critique of the prevalent hermeneutic.
