The General Assembly of the State of Georgia do enact, That the State of Georgia hereby accepts the domtinn by the United States, of such public lands as may be appor tioned to said State, under an Act of the Congress of the Unit ed States, entitled an Act donating public lands to the several States and Territories which may provide Colleges for the hen efit of Agriculture and the Mechanic Arts, approved J uly 2d 1862, and an Act extending the time Within Which the States and Territories may accept the grant of lands made by the aforesaid Act, approved April 14th, 1864, upon the terms and conditions prescribed therein.
