Hall, District Judge of the Northern District of New York, and the Honorable charles A. Ingirsoll, District Judge of Connecticut, or either of them, to hold said (fincuit and Dis triet Courts for the Southern District of New York, from the sixth day of Novem ber instant, and to exercise all the powers conferred on them under and by virtue of the Act of Congress, passed July 29th, 1850, (9 U. S. Stat. At Large, and the Act amending the same, passed April 2d, 1852, (10 U. S. Stat. At Large, until this order shall be revoked.
