To the Honorable the Legislature of New Jersey The Joint Committee on Treasurer's Accounts, having made the usual annual examination of the securities and accounts of this office, and approved and audited the same. I herewith present, as required by law, a general balance sheet of the books and detailed statements of the transactions of this omoe for the fiscal year ending October 3lst, 1912, showing the condition of the several funds in charge of the Treasurer on that date, with the balances in bank, and itemized statements of receipts and expenditures of each fund during the year.
