Perhaps another appropriate title for this manuscript would be "the power and nature of human greed". Finally the author attempts to describe the possible remedies from a simple citizen's point of view and in terms that would hopefully be understandable to other simple citizens, in a great country where simple citizens are supposed to be the active part of a people's government. A people's government that is supposed to Reflect the many rights and regulations of the Constitution of the United States of America.
