Very Vigorous - Produces runner plants very freely. Large leaves deep green and cupped. Healthy foliage is usually free of leaf spot and scorch. Frost Resistant - Flower stalks are short so that the flowers are well protected against frosts by the leaves. Red-stele Resistant - Tests show it may be considered sufficiently resistant to the disease in all except the most adverse conditions. Bright Red Berries - Size up with Premier; ripen uniformly with glossy finish and yellow to red seeds complete its beauty. Dessert quality good with slight tartness and aroma. Good Freezer, Shipper - Not Up to Midland in freezing quality, but far above average. A bit less firm than Temple.
