Este manual pretende aproximarnos a un planteamiento metodológico extraordinariamente potente para la educación infantil intentando satisfacer criterios de rigor científico y utilidad práctica para el docente. El cuarto capítulo profundiza en las distintas necesidades educativas especiales y su tratamiento en el aula de psicomotricidad desde una perspectiva inclusiva. Por último, se adjuntan numerosos anexos prácticos que ayudan al educador a aprovechar al máximo la psicomotricidad: escalas de desarrollo, criterios de evaluación, guías de estimulación sensorial, orientaciones respecto a la preparación de la sala y las sesiones, etc.
