The following was offered by Mr. Golan and incorporated in the minutes: The undersigned, being the members of this Board representing the Democratic party of said county, do hereby designate the Weekly, Leader, of Binghamton, New York, as the newspaper of said party to publish the Session Laws for the coming year, as required of us under Cnapter 515 oi the laws of 1886, being an act to further amend Chapter 280 of the laws of 1845, an act for the publishing of the Session Laws in two newspapers in each county oi this State. _()llN GOLAN, Supervisor of Kirkwood, CIIARLES A. Mr. Jennings moved that an informal ballot be taken for Jail Physician. Carried. The Chair appointed Messrs. Jennings and Sherwood as tellers. The result was as follows: Whole number of votes cast were 20, of which Dr. W. H. Knapp received 11 and Dr. E. L. Johnson received 9.
