These proceedings represent the work of presenters at the 3rd European Conference on Intellectual Capital (ECIC 2011). The Conference is hosted this year by the University of Nicosia in Cyprus. The Conference Chair is Geoff Turner from the University of Nicosia and the Programme Chair is Clemente Minonne from the School of Management and Law, Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Winterthur, Switzerland.
