Frederick Michaels lives in retirement at his home in Indianapolis, Indiana. In addition to prompting by his wonderful wife and grown children, myriad friends and acquaintances, three hyper dogs and one lonely cat, he draws his poetic inspiration from the beautiful intricacy of the English language and the vast bandwidth of information with which existence inundates his senses. Though an engineer by training, Michaels has always been pulled to the side of the arts by his love for words.
