One of my favorite words in the Bible is "ponder." I love the fact that Mary "treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart" (Luke 2:19). The Psalmist also pondered and calls us to ponder (Psalm 64:9, 111:2, 119:95). Ponder means to think about something deliberately, carefully, to engage in contemplation. That pretty much defines how I come to God's Word and how I think about life. I ponder. Then one year at Christmas I realized that pondering often led me to wonder, sometimes questioning (I wonder how or why), sometimes in astonishment or amazement, with curiosity, or surprise (the Wow factor). Thus, the title of this book. So much of life, so much of God, so much of God's Word has led me to ponder, to wonder in all the definitions of that word. May these thoughts from my ponderings lead you to Ponder in Wonder.

Who doesn't love creative plays! But to be honest we parents never have a lot of free time. So in this book I have come up with the activities using materials that are easily available at home which makes it incredibly easy to set up the activity and is super fun and engaging for the kids too. Your children will definitely learn something along the way but what's more important is not how much they excel with the concepts, but about developing the curiosity in the little minds, as it is the best way to learn and have fun together. Our emphasis is strongly on family bonding and spending quality time together and explore the joy of learning.
