There are any questions unanswered but as the judge stated in court it was a misunderstanding. There was never any intent to harass anyone. We can all be glad that the misunderstandings and misinterpretations did not result in a disaster of an innocent person going to jail. Again as stated previously, the public in general is subjected to broadcast and publicity of all the evil in the world and we see very little of the good in the world. People are basically good and the greatest percentage of people in the world are good but, the minority of people who commit crimes and undermine the society are overemphasized that it cast an image that is not favorable on the rest of society. We should consider all of our fellow human beings to be productive contributors to society and remember that those who are deterrents are the exception. God bless us all.

The public library - a haven of calm, source of information, home to the student, the geek and the aging librarian. Or so you might think. Don Borchert's ten years as assistant librarian have taught him that a library is more than just a place to borrow books, it's also a place where people hide from the law, fall in love, fight, deal drugs, introduce their children to reading, look up porn and pursue their dreams. Borchett's hilarious memoir delves behind the bookshelves as he discovers the weird, dangerous and downright dirty world of a public library and the fearless civil servants who patrol its aisles.

"A brainy noir . . . [a] winningly cryptic tale . . . a cabinet of wonders written by a novelist whose surname and sensibility fit comfortably on the shelf between Umberto Eco and John Fowles." —Los Angeles Times "One of the year’s most literate and absorbing entertainments." —Kirkus Reviews Jon Fasman’s dizzyingly plotted intellectual thriller suggests a marriage between Dan Brown and Donna Tartt. When reporter Paul Tomm is assigned to investigate the mysterious death of a reclusive academic, he finds himself pursuing leads that date back to the twelfth century and the theft of alchemical instruments from the geographer of the Sicilian court. Now someone is trying to retrieve them. Interspersed with the present action are the stories of the men and women who came to possess those charmed—and sometimes cursed—artifacts, which have powers that go well beyond the transmutation of lead into gold. Deftly combining history, magic, suspense, and romance—and as handsomely illustrated as an ancient incunabulum—The Geographer’s Library is irresistible.

Pumi is a very special cat. Unlike his brothers, who enjoy hunting, scratching sofas and racing, Pumi likes to watch the stars, ask questions and, above all, doing justice. He wants to become a police dog when he grows, and that is why he asks Moe the library mouse to help him learn how to read and write. But things aren’t as easy as they seem. Trying to enter the police force, Pumi finds himself in a world ruled by dogs and prejudice, a world where cats, no matter how brave they are, have no place. The obstacles in his way will test his determination, strength and perseverance, while they will help him meet new friends and live great adventures. Book recommended for children and preteen between 6-7 and 10-11 years old.
