Dr. Thomas Sgarlato taught for many years; positions held include Professor and Chairman of the Department of Biomechanics at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, and Professor and Chairman of the Department of Biomechanics/Chairman of the Department of Surgery at State University of New York.
