This book takes as its main thesis: (1) the Christian doctrine of sin is offensive to the reason and repelled by the intelligentsia and academia; (2) without this doctrine of sin much of human life and history remains forever opaque; (3) with it a shaft of light is cast upon personal existence, social existence, and the course of history, giving clarity that nothing else in the religions, nor the philosophies, of the world can provide.

Many marriages, homes, and churches have been divided because of offense. Sadly, this cycle continues because the offended person rarely realizes that they are the problem. Jesus said in Matthew 18:7 that offenses will come. The issue is not whether or not offenses will come, but how we handle them. To hold on to an offense brings unforgiveness, pain, division, and destruction. Releasing the offense and "letting it go" will bring peace and unity. God's plan for the believer is to live offense-free. This eye-opening book will liberate you from the fear of hurt and allow you to enjoy the blessings of God. Learn how you can be released from the cycle of offense. In this book, you will learn: - How to deal with offensive people. - Offense keeps us from fulfilling God's plan in our lives. - Offense carries serious repercussions that affect every aspect of our lives. - Reasons why we get offended. - How to release offense. - How to keep from being offended.

In the last day, the church will be a whore church made up of people who have been trapped in offenses for years but who have never repented and received Gods grace. Matthew 24:1012 says, And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. Offenses seem to be a sign of the coming of the Lord. In overwhelming numbers, Christians today are offended for one reason or another. God cant use an offended person. The church is filled with offended people who have been rendered useless. The progression of offense is: 1. Offense 2. Betrayal 3. Hatred 4. Deception by false prophets (usually those offended) 5. Love waxed cold Offense is Satans choice of weapon during the twenty-first century. Once youre offended, Satan has the advantage over you, unless you become offense-proof. Our churches must become a place where people from all walks of life can feel welcome. No longer can churches allow denominational barriers and doctrinal dogmas to separate people. Our churches must become offense-free zones if we are to do the work of true ministry.
