And I am going to ask that we suspend with the witness who was testifying yesterday and ask this witness to present himself. Previous to presenting that testimony, I want to call attention to the order which was referred to yesterday. You will recall that we brought out in evi dence that the Navy Department is now out looking for aviators to serve as officers. And through the kindness of the Navy Department they have furnished me with a copy of that order, which is very short and which I will read. It is issued by Thomas Washington, who is the admiral at the head of the Bureau of Navigation. It is dated March 30, 1922, and is as follows.
