Community minder Mr Grumblebum notices a lot of Graffiti being sprayed around his home town of Farleigh and decides he should try to do something about it. With the support of the Local Council who supply the “Graffiti Buster” van, Mr Grumblebum sets out to remove all the graffiti around town.
