This publication demonstrates Bedford County?s involvement in the American Revolutionary War. Bedford County was the ?mother? of present-day Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset Counties. This book has a three-fold purpose. The first is to provide a history of the Blair County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Society of the Sons of the American Revolution; The Blair County Chapter encompasses the region that includes Bedford, Blair, Fulton and Huntingdon Counties, Pennsylvania.
