M., assembled in Nottingham, on Tuesday, July 21st, 1891, and concluded its sittings on Thursday, August 6th, 1891. The number of the Legal Conference was completed by the election of Thomas Wilkes, John Shipham, Wesley Guard, Josiah Hudson, B. A., William Gibson, B. A., William Davies Walters, in the place of George Osborn, D. D., Alexander M'Aulay, Joseph W. M'Kay, D. D., Marmaduke C. Osborn, Joseph Midgley, James Chalmers, M. A., deceased. The Rev. Thomas Bowman Stephenson, D. D., LL. D., was elected President of the Conference, and the Rev. David James Waller, D. D., was elected Secretary. The following Supernumerary Ministers, Edward J. Robinson, Frederick Payne, Samuel Lord, were declared to have ceased, by lapse of time, to be Members of the Legal Conference. The following Ministers, Thomas Brackenbury, Thomas Gunn Selby, Arminius Burgees, were elected in their place.
