El programa de habla signada para alumnos no verbales es un programa de comunicación total diseñado para fomentar el lenguaje signado espontáneo. Los términos Habla Signada y Comunicación Total hacen referencia al uso simultáneo de signos y palabras y a las técnicas para su enseñanza.
