His piece de resistance comes in the form of an assassination attempt on President Rivera, The President of Mexico. Tearing apart the fabric of society on both sides of the border has finally caught up with Los Zenetas and its boss, Casper. The Nation of Mexico comes to grips with the threat at its doorstep and the Los Zenetas Cartel becomes public enemy number 1. As the walls close in Acosta confronts Casper and his sister, Alicia. The final confrontation leads to a multitude of revelations that end in a blaze of gunfire. Will Ernesto Acosta survive or will he be just another criminal whose time ran out?
