As of January 2014 I am taking this book off of the market forever. I stated when I wrote this that it was not for mass public distribution. This book was always to be limited to under 10,000 copies. Sales have been astounding (far more than I ever imagined) and it is time to let the existing copies wear out, and return this information back to the few people who actually do it well.
