The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Kanab Field Office (KFO) is revising its current land use plans (LUP). Public lands in the KFO area are currently managed under five LUPs: Escalante Management Framework Plan (MFP) (1981), Paria MFP (1981), Vermilion MFP (1981), Zion MFP (1981), and Cedar- Beaver-Garfield-Antimony Resource Management Plan (RMP) (1986) and their amendments, as well as two temporary administrative actions. The planning area is located in south-central Utah.
