Reports that the General Court of Massachusetts (the Massachusetts legislature) will remain adjourned until September 1788 at which time, he hopes, they will be able to give orders to the people to choose the members for the General Government. Obtained a resolve from the General Court that he hopes will make up for the loss I have sustained by pledging myself for the clothing & supplies to the late Federal troops- Docket indicates answered the 29th and assured him the note 1045 was not ever received at Nourses office.
