Payzant, assistant secretary for elementary and secondary education, U.S. Department of Education; (3) the head of the New York's United Federation of Teachers union; (4) the secretary/treasurer of the National Education Association; (5) the vice president of the National School Boards Association; (6) an associate school district superintendent; (7) the director of the Vermont Department of Maternal and Child Health; (8) the executive director of the National School Health Education Coalition; (9) the executive director of the National Association of State Boards of Education; (10) the American Heart Association; (11) the American Association of University Women; (12) a professor from George Washington University; and (13) a doctor.
